from 686 reviewsThese straps are excellent value for money. I’d read some of the previous reviews and was a bit cautious, but I’ve now been using them for over a month and I’m very happy with the quality of the craftsmanship, the materials, and the overall feel. They may not be ideal for very large hands, but for me they fit snugly and comfortably. The Velcro is soft yet secure, and holds firmly in place.
This is a great charging dock for Switch 2 Joy-Cons. The Joy-Cons attach to the dock just like they would to the Switch 2 console, making it easy and intuitive to use.The unit comes with clear instructions and a USB-A to USB-C charging cable. It doesn’t include a charging brick, but that’s not a deal breaker, most of us have spare USB-C chargers lying around from other devices. What really stands out is the design. It’s sleek and matches the aesthetics of the Switch 2 and its dock perfectly. The RGB lighting at the bottom adds a nice touch, and there’s a dedicated RGB button that lets you cycle through different colour modes or turn the lighting off entirely based on your preference.Another thoughtful feature is the top lighting indicators. The top of each slot lights up with R or L to match the corresponding Joy-Con, and the sides of the dock are colour matched, so you can’t accidentally connect the right Joy-Con where the left one should go. It’s a small detail, but it shows good design thinking.I’ve been using it for a few days now and it charges reliably without any issues. If you’re looking for a stylish and practical way to keep your controllers charged and organized, this dock is a solid choice.
I can’t tell how well it will work so take this with a grain of salt. I accidentally purchased the wrong one not realizing it was for a newer switch so it won’t work with our joycons. But it looks really nice, feels like a good quality and I def want one to fit out controllers and get them out of a jumbled mess or off the floor! I do think the cord that comes with it is too short to really reach from sitting on a shelf or whatever.
A great charger tower for the Joy-Cons for a Nintendo Switch. It is made of durable material and functions well. Setup is easy and fast. The value for the cost is good.
Nice little Joycon charger. Joycons fit perfectly and the device is powered by a USB power cube (not included). It does come with a USB to USB-C cable. I tried other USB-C cables and they also worked to power the unit. The unit has a variety of lighting effects including static colors (that you can cycle through), Pulsing colors (rotates through them) and change mode (where they just change colors at a given interval). I personally selected blue static and was pleased with it. Not too bright and easy on the eyes.Pros:- Nice unit - compact- Easy to use- Single button for lighting effects- Charging lights on top - Red when charging and Blue when charged (easy to see)- Magnetic slots help connect the JoyconsCons:- No power cube includedOverall: This is a great little unit to help keep the controllers charged. It takes up very little space and was smaller than I thought it would be. Good buy to have as a stand-alone charging station.
I ordered the quest 2 batterystrap, and it works perfectly, it charges faster than my normal charger, and keeps even my 5 year old quest 2 alive for like 1.5 hours longer, it fits great and i like how the battery is a counterweight to the headset. Way better than the elite strap from meta i had before this
This is a compact charging station for your Nintendo Switch 2 Joy-Cons.Design was well thought out, with vertical orientation of the Joy-Cons to minimize its size/footprint on your surface or table. There are clear demarcations and colors to easily identify which Joy-Con goes to which port (read: match the color of your Joy-Con to the color of the port). The magnets on the charging station are effective in holding the new design of the Joy-Con. I haven't had any issues with dropping or loosening of the controllers, even with shaking the station.Charging indicator is bright, but not obscenely bright that it affects your gaming experience. I also really like the OFF switch for the RGB lighting; other products will have RGB lighting that you cannot turn off, so this is a really nice feature.Regarding the RGB lighting, this is more of an accent light and will not be disruptive. Light is decently bright enough to highlight where the charging station is in your room, but not so bright that it blinds you.It comes with a USB-A to USB-C cable for connectivity. You will need an AC adapter to plug in the USB (or utilize an existing USB-A port on your outlets) as this is not included.Functionally, this is a decently fast charger and it is very helpful to have already-charged Joy-Cons when having a few people over to play.Overall, this is a great value and competitively priced Joy-Con 2 charger. Highly recommend.
Wow! This is like magic!
It worked in total darkness… I had my blackout curtains closed and it was at night, and it worked flawlessly!
I usually play away and don’t notice it’s getting dark outside until I start getting the warning about low light… then I lift headset and think woah it’s dark outside already!
Now I can just plug this in and away I go.. into the deep of the night on VR.
Highly recommend.. and a great price too!
très bon produit tien bien en main et tien bien la charge
The Maecker Grip Charger is perfect for keeping your Nintendo Switch 2 Joycons charged and organized. Easy to use, simply plug in with the included USB-C cable and click the Joycons in place. Since it stands upright the footprint is minimal. Excellent for keeping everything changed and organized. Offered at a reasonable price point.
If you are like me, I find the ringless Quest 3 controllers a pain because they easily slip out of my hands. That's when I'm not stuck replacing the batteries again. The base controllers are also too small for my liking. The Maecker grips solve all my gripes because of their rubbery texture, hand straps and rechargeable batteries. Also, they are easy to not only put on, but take off too. The latter is most important because I also have a golf extension handle for only which the base controller can fit. The customer service was great too. Good communications and quick delivery.
So some context: my Quest 3, once the novelty wore off, had just been sitting in a carrying case, just because keeping it charged was a hassle AND there wasn't really a reasonable way to store the headset when it wasn't in use. When I came across this charging dock for Quest 3, I ordered it without being entirely sure what to expect. I must say, this blew away all my expectations!First, from the first unboxing, it was clear that this was a quality product. Every item was neatly packaged with attention to detail, and the instructions were clear and helpful. The way the approached the charging needs is absolutely genuis: the dock came with USB C magnetic connectors and an accompanying cable. You just leave the magnetic dock plugged into the Quest 3's USB C port, and the way the accompanying cable is housed in the dock itself is such that as soon as you place the headset in the cradle, the cable snaps into place right away (see my second image). A helpful indicator light runs purple when the battery is charging, and turns solid blue when charging is complete. Love it!For the controllers, the dock came with rechargeable batteries (AA sized) and battery covers with magnetic pins at the bottom. It's hard to explain until you see it, but the batteries have exposed connections on the surface that the cover's pins connect to, and then the magnetic connection takes care of charging the batteries. As I said, absolute genius. On top of all of this, the docking station looks elegant and something you won't mind displaying out front proudly. Not only that, but there's an extra magnetic dongle as well so you can continue to use the headset with external battery packs, should you wish to. The dock will take care of charging both!A couple of small gripes, though not enough to dock even half a star from this product. One, the supplied USB C cable that connects the docking station to an outlet is a little too small. It's not a big deal since I had a ton of USB C cables lying around (who doesn't these days) and so I used a slightly longer one, but it might have been better if they had included a longer than 1ft cable in the box. Second, one of the controller covers was a rather snug fit, and I had to struggle a little to get it fully seated but once it did, it's been a happy camper. All in all, beautiful and functional product and I'm so glad I found this! If you're looking for a charging dock for your Meta Quest 3, this is the one!
I bought this to not have to keep replacing batteries on the controllers. And to have a set and forget way to charge the headset itself. It charges pretty quickly and I haven't had any issues with it so far. It's the perfect size to fit into my TV stand and it's really well built. You can change the lighting brightness or you can turn it off completely. It functions perfectly and for the price you really can't beat it.
Perfect charging station for the Meta Quest 3S. The headset and chucks fit perfectly, and it lights up to confirm that they're properly charging. Very slick design that puts your oculus in beautiful display.Game changer for the controllers, which replace the battery cover to turn them into rechargeable controllers (rechargeable battery included). This also includes a cord and hookup if you have a battery headset so that it charges at the same time.Overall, great set that is well worth the money.
I had no problem just plugging in the headset when I was done, and changing the controller batteries when they were low. I didn’t realize how nice it would be to simply put down the headset and have it charge without any more effort than that!! The controllers take like 5% more effort because you have to make sure the string is in the right spot or it will not charge. But after like 3-4 times putting them into the charger it is easy. It also has lights on the front to let you know when they are done charging, they are big (not bright) lights you can see from across the room. It also makes the VR look way more fancy than just laying on the table with a wire hanging from them. I have already showed a few friends because I think it is awesome!!
