Only got one knob end. Should have came with 2. It works just disappointed that it cam missing parts
These arms fit the controllers perfectly and are durable for game play. The grip is spongy for hand comfort and will not slip. Love how they fit together or can be used separately.I hope you found my review helpful.
I had made a Darth Maul lightsaber extension for my Oculus Rift controllers before. They worked really well in Beat Saber. So I couldn't stop myself when I saw these Quest 3 controller handles/extensions.I like these attachments. They are of high quality. And they feel more secure in build, compared other similar products. I like the click-in-place mechanism. I used them initially as two separate handles. But I couldn't trust just a layer of plastic to keep controllers in place during heavy use in sabering. What if the thin black parts fail? Wouldn't a controller simply go flying off? So I pulled the original controller strap out of a hole they've left in the receptacle. I wrapped the strap around then handle, and taped it down. See pictures. I felt so much safer this way.Sadly these handles don't work as a Darth Maul saber in Beat Saber. The reason is because the whole contraption when connected into a single pipe is too long. It measures 25" long. That's almost the length from the tip of my fingers to my shoulder. First, it makes the single saber generate too much torque when you wave it around. It's just physics - the farther the two controllers are apart, the more torque they generate. And secondly, the game didn't like to see these two controllers that far apart. Most of the times, the game would connect the two sabers. But about 10% of times it will break them apart and angle them just slightly off each other, at 10° to 25° angles. This made the single connected pipe unusable as a Darth maul saber. All the manufacturer needs to do, is to provide another center piece which is all threads. When connected to both handles, this thread simply disappears. I think that would work.
